
Organic Vegetable Stock 4-pack
Our vegetable stock is made from Nordic oarweed, mushrooms, seasonal vegetables and water.
With this stock, we wanted to create a vegan alternative to our animal stocks without compromising on flavour and viscosity.
The stock has an intense umami taste and deep brown colour, giving it an animal feel, while being 100% vegan - without added salt or any artificial flavouring.
We make stock based on seasonal produce. Our stock is therefore different from winter to summer, depending on which vegetables are available.
By using seasonal vegetables, we can buy from domestic farms for production all year. Therefore, the vegetables will not have to be transported from distant locations. If your food travels worldwide to get to you, it uses lots of energy which means lots of greenhouse gases.
Perfect for vegan sauce, soups and simmering dishes.
OBS: All stocks are shelf-stable with a shelflife of minimum 6 months.
