REDUCED Chicken 022 is a clean label concentrated food ingredient based on a blend of REDUCED Chicken 020, REDUCED Mushroom 019 and REDUCED Vegetable 021.
The ingredients include chicken, rice koji, mushroom and vegetables processed with our proprietary bioprocessing technology.
REDUCED Chicken 022 provides a well-rounded flavour base for soups, sauces, ready-meals and hybrid products.
