REDUCED Shore Crab 025 is a clean label concentrated food ingredient based on a blend of REDUCED Shore Crab 024, REDUCED Vegetable 021 and REDUCED Mushroom 019.
The ingredients include shore crab, rice koji, mushrooms and vegetables processed with our proprietary bioprocessing technology.
REDUCED Shore Crab 025 provides a well-rounded flavour base for soups, sauces, marinades and any other application where seafood and crab stock are used.
The product is based on upcycled ingredients and contains no additives and no gluten.

As an invasive species, shore crabs disrupt ecosystems, damage fishing nets, and outcompete native species. Thousands of tons are caught annually as by-catch, only to be discarded as waste due to their low meat content and lack of market demand—until now.
